This policy explains what information Work Lab collects when you visit www.worklabnyc.com, ask about an office, or respond to a Work Lab ad, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Work Lab NYC LLC ("Work Lab", "we", "us") operates the Work Lab offices on the 20th floor of 2 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016.

Our marketing partner, CPD Black Book Advisors, Inc. (ContentPad), runs this website and our ad campaigns and receives enquiries on our behalf. It processes that information only to provide those services to Work Lab.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you book a tour or ask about an office, on this website or through a Work Lab form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect:

your name, email address and phone number;
your company;
your team size;
the space you are interested in and your target move-in date;
anything else you choose to write in the message.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the buttons you click (for example "Book a tour"), taps on our phone number, and whether an enquiry was submitted.
Campaign information: the ad or link that brought you here. This includes UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, term), Google and Meta click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), the first page you landed on, and the website that referred you. We save this with your enquiry so we know which ads work.
Cookies and similar technologies: described in section 4.

3. How we use information

To reply to your enquiry, schedule tours and send you information about Work Lab offices and offers you asked about.
To prepare and manage a membership agreement if you decide to join.
To understand how visitors use this website and improve it.
To measure whether our Google and Meta ads led to visits and enquiries.
With your permission where required, to show you Work Lab ads on other websites and apps (retargeting).
To keep the website secure, prevent spam, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your name, email address or phone number.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

All analytics and advertising tags on this site load through Google Tag Manager, and they follow the choice you make in Your privacy choices.

Meta Pixel	Meta Platforms, Inc.	Measures whether a Facebook or Instagram ad led to a visit or enquiry, and lets us show Work Lab ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited this site (retargeting). It sets cookies such as `_fbp` and uses the `fbclid` click identifier.
Strictly necessary storage	Work Lab	Remembers your privacy choice and the campaign that brought you here for this browsing session, and keeps the enquiry form working.

Information shared with Google and Meta through these tools:

online identifiers, such as cookie IDs and click IDs;
your IP address;
device and browser information;
the pages you viewed and the actions you took, such as an enquiry being submitted, with a random event ID.

We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google or Meta from this website.

Meta lead forms: if you fill in a Work Lab lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the information on that form and passes it to us.

Google and Meta also use the data they receive under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites that use its services, Meta Privacy Policy.

Some U.S. state laws treat retargeting and ad measurement as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time (see section 6). We honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of advertising and retargeting.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: analytics and advertising stay off until you accept them.

5. How we share information

Work Lab and our marketing partner ContentPad: your enquiry goes to the Work Lab leasing team through ContentPad's systems, which store it and notify our team.
Service providers: companies that host the website, store data and send email for us. They may use the information only to provide their services.
Advertising and analytics providers: Google and Meta, as described in section 4.
The building: if you become a member, building management at 2 Park Avenue may receive what it needs for access, security and amenities.
Legal reasons: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

6. Your choices and how to opt out

Choose whether worklabnyc.com may use analytics and advertising technologies in this browser.

You can also:

control Google ads personalization in Google My Ad Center (Ads Settings);
block Google Analytics everywhere with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on;
control ads on Facebook and Instagram in Meta ad preferences;
opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page;
block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email, or by asking us.

7. How long we keep information

Enquiries and campaign information saved with them: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a member or ask us to delete them sooner.
Members: for as long as your membership lasts, then as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Google Analytics: kept according to Work Lab's Google Analytics data-retention setting, no longer than 14 months for user-level data.
Data held by Google and Meta: kept according to their own policies.
Session data on your device: campaign information is cleared when you close the browser. Your privacy choice stays in your browser until you clear it or change it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
correct or delete it;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
limit or object to certain uses;
withdraw consent at any time.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: we use cookies for analytics and advertising only with your consent. We handle enquiries to take steps you ask for before entering a membership agreement, and for our legitimate interest in replying to you. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

This website and our offices are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

11. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will give notice on this website.
